- Developed a 15-acre bare lot, including tree removal & topsoil stripping to reach subgrade.
- Installed water, sewer, electrical, & phone lines while coordinating with developers, engineers, & city officials for inspections.
- Constructed curbs, sidewalks, & asphalt paving on Cottage Lane & McAdoo Lane.
- Prepared 17 subdivision lots & provided excavation for each residential build.
